Common questions

What is a user?

A user is anyone who joins your team in Nuclino, including guests and read-only members. When you upgrade to a paid plan, you upgrade your entire team including all users.

What is the 50 item limit?

Items are documents that can be edited by your team in real time. On the free plan you can create up to 50 such documents, across all workspaces.

Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?

No, the free trial doesn't require a credit card or any kind of payment information.

What happens when my trial expires?

After your free trial has ended, you can decide if you want to upgrade or stay on the free plan. If you decide to stay on the free plan, access to the benefits of the paid plans will be lost.

What are my payment options?

You can use your credit card or PayPal to pay for any plan. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I need to add new users. How will that be billed?

You can easily add new users as your team grows. Any additional user will be charged a prorated fee for the remainder of the subscription period.
